Chemical Treatment of Alloy Steel Castings
Update:2021-12-16

In fact, in daily life, we often use different types of castings, and in actual use, there are many advantages, and we also find that castings are like alloy steel castings with high hardness, so how should we carry out chemical treatment:

1. Polishing method: Driven by the motor, the brush roller and the workpiece to be rolled move in opposite directions in the plate, and the upper and lower surfaces of the brush are rotated at high speed to remove tin oxide. The iron oxide is brushed off using a washing system with a closed cycle cooling water bath. The method of shot blasting is to use centrifugal force to accelerate and blast the alloy steel castings to remove rust and clean.

2. Shot peening method: It is divided into shot peening and sandblasting. The surface is shot peened, which has strong force and obvious cleaning effect. However, the shot peening of the thin plate workpiece is easy to deform. The alloy steel casting and the steel shot impact the surface metal substrate to deform, and the workpiece is oily, so the workpiece, shot peening and shot peening cannot remove the grease. For the workpiece surface of the existing processing method, the sandblasting cleaning effect is good. It is suitable for sandblasting with high surface cleaning requirements.

In the production process of alloy steel castings, after some chemical treatment, after chemical treatment, in the use process of castings, it has a quite obvious effect. Changes to plants can also improve their quality.
